2. The designated buyer of your car has to go through a contract of sale which makes them 100% committed to purchase the sellers vehicle. This includes a deposit upfront by the buyer to begin roadworthy etc.

3. If the buyer decides to back out from buying the sellers vehicle, the deposit is kept and the seller gets a percentage in their pocket for time wasted.
